It occurs to me that 240withbill is always discussing how to be a better boss and manager. That’s valuable and necessary. However, we are people too and we can be more than a boss or manager to one of our team. You can’t, I can’t, the government can’t help everyone but certainly you and I can help someone, at work, at church, in a parking lot, down the street. If we open our eyes to see and ourselves to feel, we will know who needs help.

Little things, but beyond a smile or pat on the back. A boss should do that regularly. Everyone of you is thinking of someone right now. You have a name and a face. Now do something about it. You want to Make it a Great Day… everyone, including you can help someone.
