You choose to be optimistic every minute of every day. Or you choose to be blah or you choose to be pessimistic, those are pretty much your three basic choices. Whatever you choose, it is contagious. To your children, your co-workers, even your boss or spouse but even if this is not the magic wand to fix everything…optimism feels better.

And please, I don’t mean unrealistic wishes for all things good. I mean to approach each day and each challenge with a positive attitude. Bring others along with you. Your optimism can be the difference in their day
