So you are building a business, a department, a team. Zig says you don’t build them, you build people. They will build the business. When you raise up people, they will raise you and what you touch. Invest your time and energy in people. Teaching them. Listening to them. Holding them accountable…a benevolent accountability. Remember you’re building them. Invest your time and energy into your people first, they will care for your product, your customers, your guests, your inventory, even your future. Please understand, I don’t mean to overstate this because I believe that Zig Ziglar stands on his own, I am just absolutely, 100% agreeing with him.

They are your people, treat them that way. And try to have fun while you’re being the boss:) Now let’s go Make it a GREAT DAY!!!
