Your success starts with belief in yourself. Confidence. Who will believe in you if you don’t? Mom might. But Mom’s also want to protect you from disappointment so they will shelter and protect you and some find it hard to push you out of the nest. So you have to believe in you. Do we not talk of this often? You be you. Now, Believe in You.

That thing inside you that is greater than any obstacle…is your belief in yourself. You will not fail. You will not allow it.

So prepare yourself. Educate yourself. Run and not be weary. Do what is right so that you build your confidence in you and your mission. Gather your team, let them see your confidence and exhort them as well. It starts with your belief.
