Do you know C. S. Lewis? You may know him as the writer of the several iterations of The Chronicles of Narnia. He was an atheist before his conversion to Christianity and did you know that “The Chronicles” was all about salvation and redemption. So his later writings are wonderfully hopeful and delightful reading, as evidenced when he said,

“You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are, and change the ending.”

We’ve all had bad starts for a plethora of reasons but we can stop, now, and change the ending. Did you start the day at home badly? Did you start your work day grumpy so people steered clear of you? Do you have people working now that are not inspired and no longer care just because you had a bad beginning?

Stop. Start where you are. Change the ending. Go to your kids, you spouse, your employee and either apologize or work beside them for a bit. Like I said, we’ve all had bad starts to days and projects and meetings but we can change the ending. You can change the ending.

Get after it as you go out and Make today a GREAT DAY!!!
