We all remember Ray Bradbury right? Science Fiction. Freshman Literature. No? The Martian Chronicles? Oh yeah! Ahead of his time. Well, he was practical as well, he said,
“Jump, and you will find out how to unfold your wings.”
So this is directed at all the fledgling managers out there and you grizzled veterans on the cusp of starting a project. In each situation, you sometimes are prepared for a long taxi down the runway and an easy takeoff and sometimes…you just have to force yourself or your team to jump in order to spread yours or their wings and fly. No need to beat a dead horse here. The analogy is obvious, so the point is; don’t be afraid to get started. Prepare, plan, organize and Jump. Get it done.
Thanks for stopping by today. Make it a Great Day!
