From the wise words of Seneca, a stoic Roman philosopher and dramatist. Read more about this man here. https://plato.stanford.edu/entries/seneca/ He said;

“Every new beginning comes from some other beginning’s end.”

Every day is a new beginning yet it builds on what ended the day before or picks up from what others have done before us. We begin new projects or continue them. We take over a project or a team or a department or a hotel from a manager before us. They also had a beginning and we can build from their end. Some endings may be sad but that doesn’t mean that we cannot continue with a new beginning. It is cosmic in a certain way.

The point is to be humble in our efforts because someone ran down the road before us and prepared the way. Whether it was our parents or previous employees or managers. It is our obligation to continue and to improve so that someone else can continue our good efforts.

I hope you see your role with humility and responsibility as you go out there and Make it a GREAT DAY!!!
