How many people do we know that talk a good game? I could write a list a mile long of those that have all the answers but they won’t get their hands dirty. They may even know the answers or procedures but they fall short because they do not use their knowledge and they do not DO. They say they are willing but they will not engage. They take care of themselves. Only.

My advice, don’t spend much time with these folks. Build your team with those that will do. Those that will follow you.

Remember, you set the example. It is because you apply, because you Do, that they will trust you and follow you and then hopefully, you will have set the correct example for them so they can apply and do. Do the right things.
