It’s a Mark Twain Sunday, he said,
“If you tell the truth, you don’t have to remember anything.”
Perhaps we should live our lives and substitute “When” for “If.” There really should be no “if” about it. This is true for your business, your family, your reputation. The subtext is, you should live your life so telling the truth is not optional. That you live honest. That you do the right things. That your actions stand up to scrutiny.
The truth is easier then.
You always get found out eventually and it is harder to crawl out of that place. And even if you do, you are never evaluated the same by those you work with and by those you love, and those that love you.
So take Twain’s advice but live it before you say it. Let’s get next week started out right and Make it a GREAT WEEK!!!
