You know these people. Do not be one of them. If you have shades of these traits, be aware and work on them. Most of you already know this so pass this writer, her article and my notes to your young managers. Please recall, I am passing on great thoughts from the great minds of history, not the deep thoughts o Big Bad Bill Peterson. I’m not sure that Ms. Mazza is considered a great mind yet, but its a good article.
