SO since we changed the week’s theme yesterday, let’s stay in that vein and make it Mark Twain week. Yesterday he spoke of “kindness” in your communication and today about honesty,

“If you tell the truth, you don’t have to remember anything.”

I believe that both kindness and truth are necessities in business and in life. We develop such strong relationships in all facets of our life. The way you conduct yourself in matters of truth in business is essential and in your personal life, it makes all the difference. Without truth there is no trust. Without trust, there is no relationship. If you can’t trust your boss, your staff, your spouse or your friends, then how can you build the relationships necessary in a team environment? You can’t. Keep this in mind as you go through your day. Be kind and truthful and make things easier for yourself and those you work and those you love.
