You already have all or most of the knowledge you need for the job you’re doing and if you are reading this blog I believe that you have the character to set you apart from the competition. Your character is a window to your soul and whether you know it or not your character is visible to your team and co-workers every moment of your day and in every action you take. This would seem rather apparent so now, be aware that your character is sculpted by your thoughts. Keep your thinking clear, keep your thoughts positive. Don’t just do good things, Think good things. Both will build and reveal your character.
