Leaders, specifically hotel leaders exert an awful lot of energy in one on one training. You need to know how to get the job done, to know the way.

But don’t be deceived. Going the way and showing the way is not about a job or task. It is about the intangibles of leadership. YOU must set the example. YOU set that example in your personal and professional conduct. After all, if you do that well, you will for sure do a good technical job.
