Were you working this weekend? Sometimes we can’t help it and sometimes we choose. Are you going to work on the weekend to make money, manage your peeps, maybe a special project? I suggest you do it, mostly, because you want to, you need to be the difference. Bessie Anderson Stanley wrote;

Most of you aren’t working on the cure for cancer or serving our country against enemies foreign and domestic but you can impact every single person that works for or with you. Can you get them another step down the road of their career. Can you give them a better, clearer vision of the possibilities of the future? You’re darn right you can! So do it. Let them breathe easier because you took an interest in their career and in them as a person. It is in your power, every day. Do it. Help them breathe.
