Referring to yesterday and this week’s topic, taken straight from the excellent article by David Bornstein, The Power of Positive Coaching, we discussed that in order to be a positive coach you need to know your thoughts, your purpose, your values and your emotions. He says, “Master them to be emotionally intelligent.”

He contends that by asking yourself, “What am I doing to improve my performance?”, you may conclude that you need to go back to the aforementioned four directives. All of this is pointed at you to make a decision. Are you or will you become a Positive Coach? Will you remain a “manager?” Perhaps shades of both. Either way it is your decision.

Consider self-improvement, consider positive coaching and get back out there and Make the rest of today a GREAT DAY!!!
