On the weekend and to start the month, let’s take a moment and think about being nice to someone. Ms Angelou may say it more poetically than I but we are singing the same song. Way back in my Hyatt days, a few of us, being rather obtuse, would say, “Have a rainbow day.” It’s a nice thought though isn’t it?

SO who can receive your rainbow? On the job? At home? Can you send a timely rainbow by text or email? Be the 1st to share yours. Don’t wait for someone else, send your rainbow first.
