Have you given thought lately to your management style. You are a leader after all. Leadership in management takes many forms. Many techniques are used in different situations and at different times. However, techniques are substantially different from your overall style. Are you a micro-manager? Do you lead by example? Are you persuasive or MBWA-Management by walking around? One thing to keep in mind according to Johann Wolfgang von Goethe is:

“Correction does much, but encouragement does more.”

There are times we must correct but my first instinct is to encourage. I try to foster a positive work environment. Do you? You don’t have to follow my lead or choice but you need to decide. Consider you.
